Speaking of the Master Plan and OPE
Here is a link to the County OPE employer that Gouge, Minnick, Twele etc. etc. repeatedly held up as the type of corporation the County was after. They specifically mentioned this company several times as the ideal fit for CC. The type of corporation that 10,000 current acres must be rezoned OPE to attract. The type of company that would locate/relocate here because Howard, Frederick, Montgomery Counties' OPE is "built out". Hmmmmm......
